FMI’s history goes back to 1962 when the Fijnmechanische Industrie Bergen op Zoom was set up. The ambition of its founders to provide clients with a wide range of services resulted in the development of a dynamic group of independent, specialized companies from these humble beginnings. Jointly they are able to do more for the client than the sum of their separate capabilities.
The group structure provides added value
The various FMI companies complement one another perfectly and this enables greater flexibility. As a result, solutions are found more quickly and larger projects can be undertaken. FMI companies also share all sorts of internal services, which reduces overheads and increases their commercial edge.
